This Recharge pit constructed under NREGA 50 % Scheme. It is constructed on the plot of Sri Baldev Oraon, a tribal farmer of this village Chechepat under Shivrajpur panchyat of Ghaghra Block. The estimated cost of the scheme is Rs. 27400 . The pond is 50x50x15 feet deep. This scheme is ideal for small and marginal farmers. This recharge pit is being used for storage of rain water, which will be used during the dry season for cultivation. Additionally the beneficiary will use the pond for pisciculture.

                                                                  This  scheme  was  executed  by  the  committee   of  

                                                              beneficiaries consisting of Baldev Oraon , Ranthu Oraon

                                                              and five other member of the same village . This scheme is

                                                              complete and ready to be used .
